Adam S. Raney is charged with armed robbery with a threat of force, bomb scare and terrorist threats, all as a repeater. If found guilty of the charges, he could face up to 47 years in prison and a fine of $120,000.

According to the criminal complaint, the alarm went off at the State Bank of Reeseville, 1312 W. Main St., at about 3 p.m., July 11. The teller advised officers there was a bomb in the bank, the suspect had left and gave a description of the suspect’s clothing: A white t-shirt, sunhat and pink hand towel. The teller, as well as other employees, also knew the suspect. Police were told police that it was Raney who had robbed the bank and that there was a bandage covering his tattoos.

A woman drove into a vehicle driven by the girlfriend of her child's father before the girlfriend retrieved a gun and fatally shot her at a north side gas station, according to a criminal complaint.
Jasmin D. Troutman, 24, was charged Thursday with second-degree reckless homicide-use of a dangerous weapon in the death of Teresa L. Wade, 24, according to a criminal complaint and Milwaukee police.

Wade was shot about 5 p.m. Sunday at the Citgo station in the 4800 block of N. Teutonia Ave., according to police.

According to the complaint:
Troutman began dating the father of Wade's son in August, when Wade was still pregnant with the boy.

Wade was driving when she spotted Troutman driving the father's car and pulled behind her after Troutman pulled into the gas station.

Wade began to threaten Troutman before backing up and then driving into the passenger side of the other car.

Troutman then retrieved a gun from the car and fatally shot Wade, who drove off before losing consciousness several blocks away.

A woman who was with Wade put the emergency brake on to stop the car, according to the complaint.

Troutman was in the Milwaukee County Jail on Thursday, with her bail set at $15,000, according to jail records.

Carl, 37, is again seeking an expedited trial date, according to online court records – the second such request he has made since being charged with first-degree intentional homicide in October 2015.

A hearing on the matter is schedule for June 2 in Waukesha County Circuit Court. Carl is currently set to go to trial Sept. 18, records show. The trial is expected to last two weeks.

Prosecutors say Carl fatally shot Kevin Hueman, another Waukesha resident and an apparent stranger to Carl, around 8:17 p.m. Aug. 14, 2015, shortly after Hueman walked outside his North Street home to smoke and to watch a thunderstorm.

Police said they linked Carl to the killing via a bullet and a Nike shoe recovered from or near the crime scene.
